dimensional Computer Aided design and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAD
and CAM) technology to design and fabricate the tooling necessary to
product hardware.
Tool fabrication is achieved in our complete tool room
facilities utilizing both CNC and conventional methods.
Our heat treating capabilities include annealing, solution
and again processes. High-temperature alloys and corrosion resistant
steels are processed in our atmosphere controlled vacuum furnace.
Our electric air furnaces are utilized to thermal treat all aluminum
alloys.
Extensive capabilities in coatings and finishes area
available through our network of qualified local outside vendors.
